To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 days of your purchase.

The Product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged. It is your responsibility to organize the return shipping for the product or return it in person. After we receive your item, our team will inspect and process your refund.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5-10 business days, and surcharges may apply.
